NOTES:
I have not build a Starship in a long time.
I have given this class a very high rating of Life Support due to the fact that the Titan has a lot of specialized crew quarters.
It uses the same proven warp drive system that powers a Galaxy class starship and features a slightly better shielding system than an Intrepid class explorer (higher threshold).
