Majel Barret Roddenberry will be missed. She was a wonderful actor on both the original Star Trek as Nurse Chapel & TNG where she played Troi's mother.

They will be using her voice as the Enterprise computer's voice in the next Star Trek movie:

not to mention a nice part in an episode of Babylon 5

They should dedicate the film to her, James Doohan and DeForest Kelley

A brave little theory, and actually quite coherent for a system of five or seven dimensions -- if only we lived in one.

Wow, the world loses two Icons in as many weeks.
Bettie Page passed away not to long ago, and now Mrs. Roddenberry.

It's sad to lose someone that has brought so much enjoyment and entertainment to me over the years. From her work on ST, to her other projects (I seem to remember her being behind shows like Earth: Final Conflice and Andromeda), she was a sci-fi staple for years.

    She will be missed.

Star Trek loses another piece of its spirit...
I can't find much to add to what has already been said.
Thank you for everything, Mrs Roddenberry.
