    Various archology designs

one thing I noticed in NuTrek was the plethoria of Archology style architecture. Something that I had wondered with the shots of 'Iowa' was what the hell the massive arcoblocks were in the background (possibly manufactories, possibly living quarters). You just don't have major construction udnertakings like that for no reason, so I took a look around the web at some of the archo block ideas and thought I'd share the links and see what we might see in later films and fiction. some of the ideas are pretty neat

A brave little theory, and actually quite coherent for a system of five or seven dimensions -- if only we lived in one.
