Tell me of your 4th Age Middle-Earth games

I'm assuming more than a few people have run Middle-Earth games set after the fall of Sauron, and the destruction of the ring.

I'm toying with doing something of that sort myself, and was curious how your games went?

So, some questions to stimulate conversation:

How far into the 4th Age was it set?

What was your game about?

How did it go?
