And of course Terrell and Chekov have no recollection of the attempted maneuver due to the duplicating process.
    How about this:

Khan realizes that his planet - Ceti Alpha VI - will face an ecological disaster unless he can go back in time and bring back (to the present) a pair of Ceti Alpha Eels.

Maybe they're not doing a new Wrath of Khan, but a new Space Seed? Expanded version of the episode with a much bigger budget and all that?

*shudder* I hope not...Chris Pyne's Kirk will just kill Khan and his merry men at the end.
When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It is difficult only for others.

It's the same when you are stupid...

No Khan Please.....really, We don't need a Mobius loop of the embittered and psychotic dominant personality coming back and wanting to blow up (fill in the blank).

We had that in The Wrath Of Khan, The Search for Spock, The Undiscovered Country, Insurrection, and Nemesis, Plus Trek 2009.

    Enough already.

A retelling of a 'Balance of Terror' Style Episode, perhaps with the new klingons, would be of far more interest.

    Give Khan a rest.
A brave little theory, and actually quite coherent for a system of five or seven dimensions -- if only we lived in one.
