Well, I'm now Lt Cmdr 6, commanding the USS Indefatigable-A.

I have to say I really like the look of the Excalibur class cruiser I have...basically a refit Constitution with a DS9-era "skin". It's a Tier II cruiser, but man it looks pretty!

I just got promoted to full Commander...my only disappointment is the cruisers that come at Tier III; all of them are the four-nacelle "Stargazer" types, a design I've never particularly liked.

Once I get enough "money", I think I'll buy myself an Excelsior, but that might take a while.

Wow...I can't believe I'm only two ranks off Rear Admiral!

Now I'm chewing my nails...should I get rid of my beautiful, gorgeous Galaxy class and pick up a Sovereign?

I had to take a break from the game (mainly because Starcraft 2 is currently taking all my available gaming time). But I'll come back to it to improve my (almost) brand new Galaxy class. Boy did I wait for this one

Ah...I've made Admiral, and have a lovely Sovvie!

C5, I know what you mean. I'm currently torn between STO and Civ V...

I've canned my subscription for the moment. The Admiral level missions are too unbalanced in favour of team play and none of my mates are that interested in playing it anymore. Maybe one day I'll come back to it as I did enjoy it but I want the Borg missions to be scaleable to solo play.

I tell you what, though; so many of the missions are excellent story seeds for the RPG!

My Science VA1 Grabbed the Magellian Class Explorer, as sort of later day nebula class and refitted her with a complete Aegis system. She's a thing of Beauty
A brave little theory, and actually quite coherent for a system of five or seven dimensions -- if only we lived in one.

I've made it to admiral with my engineer my ship is a Galaxy class retrofit. For some reason being able to launch the saucer section increases the combat / survivability in game. The romulan mission arc is proving one thing. The guys at STO underestimated the number of people who play the last two saturdays have seen the servers crash. It was fun though being in a swarm of shuttles . The Dkyr looks lovely in game. Can I warrant buying it though?

I've picked the game up again. There has been some nice additions in the 8 months that I stopped playing.

I'm taking a break form it this week.. just got my captaincy and maxed out my Galaxy class USS Redemption. After this week the family is heading out to visit relatives so I'll probably split my fun time between this and Gundam Musou 3, which comes out tommorow.

I finally got a decent graphics card and picked this up.

I have an Andorian Lt Cmdr called U'Shaan (his parents clearly had a sense of humour) and he commands the Constitution class USS Taliesin

I also have a Klingon alt called Mawddach who commands the IKV Rabid Targ.

I'm hoping to start another Fed alt when I can afford the TOS bundle
