Well, after wrestling with EasyCAD, I managed to get deck 4 completed. Here's the latest version of the .PDF. Unfortunately, the pages are out of order. I'll fix that in the next iteration...
Update: Attachment revised to show Decks 5, 6 and 7, 8-11 and pages in order.
And now, decks 1-7 of the Chandley class frigate!
Unfortunately, the file is over the size limit for attachments, so I've split it into 3 parts: decks 1-5, deck 6 and decks 7-11. Enjoy!

I'm a bit stalled on the Chandley, so I went ahead with the Loknar-refit Phobos.
It's not labeled yet, but all drawn in .PDF.
A later iteration of the file, completely labelled can be found at the end of the thread.

While waiting for inspiration to strike with the Chandley, I updated the Oberth plans and converted them to .PDF. My version is 5 decks high, with Deck 5 running along the top of the underslung pod. I's simply an unmenned space, housing the torpedo/probe launcher. There are two versions of Deck 2, one for a 24-man ship, and one for a 46-man crew. They're designed to be printed on 8.5x11" paper, but you can use 11x17" if you want a larger plan.
Enjoy!
And next we have the Klingon [I][B'Rel/I] class Bird of Prey. I've chosen to render it at a length of 109 metres. The decks are labeled in pIqaD the Klingon system of writing as rav wa'DIch (Deck one), rav cha'DIch (Deck two) and rav wej'DIch (Deck three) satrting at the lowest, in accordance with Klingon tradition.
Cool deck layouts.
When you do these plans, do you ever find yourself wondering where the heck the airlocks are?
There's no detail on the hulls of many ships to show where they'd go.
