    "Greys" in ICON Trek?

Did anybody ever come up with a species template for "grey" aliens? I know the B5 rpg had stats and fluff for them, called them the Vree IIRC, but I'm wondering if there's a ST version.

Stargate SG-1 (and by extension the RPG based on the series) will probably, also have stats on them, as the Asgard.

I'll take a stab at it:

The "Greys" (aka Vree / Asgard)

    ATTRIBUTES
    Fitness 3 [5]
    Strength - 2
    Coordination 2 [5]
    Intellect 4 [7]
    Logic +2
    Perception +1
    Presence 1 [4]
    Empathy -1
    PSI 0

    SKILLS
    Diplomacy (Intergalactic Affairs ) 2 (3)
    Engineering, Material (Spaceframe) 2 (3)
    Engineering, Propulsion (Ion) 3 (4)
    Life Sciences (Biology ) 2 (4)
    Medical Sciences (Exoanatomy) 2 (3)
    Social Sciences (Anthropology) 2 (3)
    World Knowledge ("Grey" Homeworld) 5
    World Knowledge (Earth) 3
    Culture ("Greys") 5
    Culture (Humans) 3
    History ("Greys") 5
    History (Earth) 4
    Stealth (Hide) 2 (4)

    TYPICAL ADVANTAGES / DISADVANTAGES

    Eidetic Memory (+3)
    Night Vision (+2)
    Telepathic Resistance (+4)

    Low Pain Threshold (-2)
    Pacifism (-4)
    Species Enemy (-5) *

    * - This is, unarguably a very Asgard take on the Greys, and in this context the Species Enemy is intended to be the Replicators.

Looks usable as the SG1 type, but in abduction cases there is a large number reports of telepathic communication. The PSI Score of "0" may need revisiting on a commonly reported member of the species.

So wait, are the SG-1 Greys the Vanir or the Aesir?

Anyway, TNG greys have mind-activated technologies, so it stands to reason they either have more than 0 PSI, or some devices which would provide the equivalent.

I think it's from TNG's forth season epsiode Future Imperfect.

In the Memory-Alpha article discussing Barash there is a direct comparison at the end to the 'greys of UFO lore'.

Voyager's The 37's established that the aliens responsible for the UFO abductions in the early 20th century were called the Briori. Whether or not these are Barash'es people is unknown.

Although the Briori abducted a bunch of people in, uh, 1937, whereas the 'Greys' and alien abductions didn't become a popular element of UFO mythology until the 1970s.

Although the slave rebellions would mesh well with Barash's history.

I would give them high intelligence gathering and analysis related skill to explain why they no so much and why powerful governmental figures are so afraid of them.
