So, why are you speechless? It's one of the first new designs I made in a while, and I made it Pre-TOS, making it more primitive than even a Daedalus, and gaming stats for it in multiple gaming systems might follow soon, FASA, ICON, CODA... it's also post-S.S Valiant, developing further away from the Valiant's diamond-shaped, chemical rocket engined stardrive, and moving further towards blocky (and sometimes cylindrical) stardrives, with some of the interim ships starting to carry shuttles.

I think it should include the Fourier Algorithm Recursive Technology experiment, which was an experimental computer tech that preceeded the general switch to LCARS, and was a unique prototype in the Windbreaker class.

I think that a precursor to LCARs should probably come in the early-to-mid 24th Century, plus, what's up with you, Tat? Does this thing remind you of a ship from another sci-fi series, thr?

...Also, an early 23rd Century Destroyer will be up here, soon.

I think the design is a lot of fun.

We'll all be holding our breath for the next one!

Also, there's a possible four-nacelle vessel I was toying around with.

    History:
Designed to be dedicated long-range exploration vessels, the Gleamstar Class was devoted to being a primitive early explorer, sometimes using cryogenic stasis,
most of the time carrying tremendous supplies on that journey to the stars,
and continuously being upgraded to make use of the newest Human Technologies,
the Gleamstar was a competant vessel, even being used to a limited degree
in the 2150s (with a few rare vessels serving in the Earth-Romulan War),
and the remaining vessels were retired in 2161, not being considered useful when
there were so many new Matter-Antimatter Reactor-equipped ships coming online.

    Taurii Class Light Cruiser.png

    Taurii Class Light Cruiser (2182)

History: Launched in 2182-2185, these veassels were aoong the first vessels to have saucer sections, as well as among the first to start packing in more and more sensors and lab facilities into the ship, making the vessels more and more exploratory oriented, with the vessels being among the first vessels since the DY-500 Class to have extremely long lifespans, with the last vessels bein retired in the 2230s and 2240s, being very outdated compared to a number of newer vessels, but still being fairly competant on short-range, and some long-rane, survey missions.
The vessels were also the first to have transporters, with one single small cargo transporter being fitted to the vessels, and no other attempt to have personnel or additional cargo transporters occurred for the rest of the ships' lifespans.

At least two ships: the U.S.S Phardos and the U.S.S Ramius are in museums, with the rest at surplus depots.
