That is a very cool looking ship ! NX made me think it was an Enterprise-era ship, but it looks more post-Voyager.

Judging from the art, it's some sort of quantum-slipstream vessel, perhaps a long-range vessel designed to establish a network beyond Federation territory for charting missions.
Alternate roles might be a fast-response vessel to disasters or ships in need of rescue.

Hmm it looks like a luxury space liner or dignitary vessel. I like it It reminds me of vessel from Fasa which was classed as a solar cutter.
Tractor beams are not designed for sling shotting Asteroids!!"What other use is there then?" T'Pak klingon/ vulcan hybrids response to fighting in an asteriod field.
