    Space 1999 returns

A brave little theory, and actually quite coherent for a system of five or seven dimensions -- if only we lived in one.

This could be great news, or it could be an abomination.

I'm glad they at least changed the name of the show; although remaking it the way they remade Starsky and Hutch as a comedy might be fun. Make it campy and stupid, like how people in the 70's imagined we'd be in the 90's, with lots of social commentary and technology jokes. (like how they'd need a computer the size of a buick to plot their course home, and while everyone is equal, for some reason a woman never is in charge of anything, except communications or medical, and everyone wears Velour....lots of Velour).

But seriously, why won't they leave my childhood alone?

Because they think you have money to buy back your childhood with.

Didn't say it was a good idea.

I tried not giving them money but they just went ahead and kept making new Transformers movies without Unicron.

keep your fingers crossed for Transformers 4; which may be a reboot, with less humans in it! -sigh-

I'm waiting for Bumblebee's Big Adventure: Convoy of Courage, starring a sassy Volkswagon and mumbling alien teddybears.
