I have a suggestion for the name of the sourcebook;

"...First do no harm.
Starfleet Medical Sourcebook"

Also. What about NPC's? We have existing stats for the standard EMH (In Spacedock), which would be useful. But that gives official stats for Crusher (Players Guide), Bashier (DS9 Core book) and the starting EMH... Do we have an official McCoy (I know Owen has his own stats)? So we could work-up Dr. Phloxx stats for the complete set? Maybe add a few more doctors and medics into the mix from official to non-canon additions.

If you want NPC's I want to build Amanda Russell (Starfleet) and or Cret Mossell (Cardassian)...

While having a collection of Doctors would be nice, lets not forget the other people in sickbay (Nurse Ogawa, Cristine Chapel, etc.) also I think you guys should include first responder types.

I started working up some medical characters back when working on revising the medical overlays; only remember finishing Simon Tarses, but I should have the notes for the others I believe. . .I'll see what I have and you can see if you'd want to use any of it.

Thx for the compliment guys, it took a lot of work, but I like the cover result.
What do you think of the Title, because it can still change it?

As for overlays I think that is an excelent idea. I will look at the material you suggested Redwood.
And Phoenixs I would like that equipment file you have, if possible? And you made a good point, nurses must be included also. And to follow that logic I could incorpoporate the counsselor too(mental health is eually important).
Also overlays for species with some advanced medical knowledge could be included: Angosians (Bio-engineerd soldiers for the Genetic engineering chapter), Viidians, and Borg (cybernetics, surgery to add or to remove cybernetics).
And Dan I could indeed decote an entire chapter with the stats for the Doctors, Councellars, and nurses that appeared on the shows.

Ok I will regularlly post on the First page of this thread, I will note all chapters and will upload the content per chapter. I need a lot of feedback, so feel free to give your onest opinions.

I believe there is a Phlox page in Volker Maiwald's Enterprise Sourcebook on Memory: ICON.

I have separated the Psychology skill out from Medical Sciences as shown on the page http://www.coldnorth.com/owen/game/s...s/newrules.htm - scroll down to New Skills. Use it if you wish. It doesn't make sense that Psychology is lumped in, a holdover from FASA, I think.

I have Nurse Ogawa written up in some old notes; I'll polish it and send your way (and perhaps Simon T. too) in case you're interested.

I have a few medical equipment notes too I'd been toying with. Phoenix already covered most of them, but I'll polish one up and see if you'd want to head in the direction I was taking them. (I'll try to be quick as I can, not sure what kind of a timetable your wishing.)
