    I love these uniforms!

    So I found myself looking up alternate Star Trek uniforms and I stumbled across this;

    Yes I know it is a variant of the dreaded TMP uniforms, and yes the art is very anime, but I am just finding myself in love with this look and I can't explain why.

    Weird no?

    I actually dig those. I wonder if they have a variant with the wing collar that McCoy wore in much of the first movie....

    Nice. I think I'll do up a set of images in the Star Trek, the Magazine style and see how they look. I like the lower versions with the black pants.

    Owen sir I would be so impressed to see that!

    I started a new campaign today set in the 25th century (2455) and they are using these uniforms. They are the crew on the Enterprise H and we had a blast!

    Can't wait to see what you do

    Nice find, AslanC. Even with the anime style, they look cool.

    It also reminds me of the cover of the novel "The Tears of the Singers" by Melinda Snodgrass. It has Uhura in a TMP looking uniform, but the top looks red, either by design, or because she is next to a camp fire.

    Based on that cover, in our FASA game when we upgraded our vessel USS Yorktown to Enterprise class and the uniforms got updated, I stated that they were the TMP style, but with the colurs from TOS on the tops, muted like on the cover of the novel.

    Here you go - I chose a slightly lighter blue for Sciences, more like TOS. I've given two types of trousers - TNG style and TOS style - take your pick.

    Owen, can you do a set where the white and colors are swapped?

    Both, for comparison purposes?

    Did you ever manage to do a set with the colours swapped, Owen?

    No, not yet. Been a busy summer so far, and my main 'puter's down right now.

    Sorry, folks...
