Is there a a Species/Race template for the native species of the planet of Risa?

I'd use a standard Human template, maybe with +2 Empathy instead of +2 Willpower, and with only 4 courage points like Bajorans, as well as the Sexy Davantage.. The small mark on their foreheads is a cultural affectation, indicating to other Risians the individual's status. Risians are hedonistic by nature. Common skills for Risians would be Artistic Expression, Persuasion (Storytelling), Charm (Seduction), Psychology and so forth. Risians tend to have negative Agression Renown and high Openness Renown. Risians with Psi tend to be trained in Projective and/or Receptive Empathy, but Risians with Psionics are no more (or less) common than Psionic Humans. Risians commonly have the Code of Honour (Risian Sexual Ethics) -2 Disadvantage. Risians may enter any field of endeavour, but are often employed in the entertainment or hospitality industries. Risian scientists are acknowledged masters of climate control, otherwise Risa would have a climate similar to that of Ferenginar. Instead, they have transformed their planet into a world-wide subtropical paradise.
