Post An Enterprise is FINALLY in orbit

Yes its true, and its got nowt to do with the forthcoming TV show that IS NOT under debate here in any way shape or form.

As Printed in Star Trek Monthly;

A US company is preparing to launch the first commercially developed and operated module to the International Space Station (ISS) in 2003 - and it will be named Enterprise.
Developed by Spacehab Inc., in partnership with Russian company RSC-Energia of Korolev, Russia, the habitat module will be attached to the Russian side of the ISS. In addition to segments for commercial microgravity research and for paying sightseers, the module will also house the first commercial broadcasting studio and multimedia production facility in space. According to a recent article in Entertaiment Weekly, filmmaker James Cameron has already been in discussions with the company about shooting films in zero gravity and staging everything from newscast to rock concerts in orbit. Who knows, perhaps elements of a future episode of Enterprise will actually be shot in space!

Well... actually the article says that the module WILL be launched, not that it is already in orbit.

Still, in a way I find the Russian cowboy approach to space more interesting than ours.
