    Stargate SG1 Energy Cannon

A while back there was a conversation about a post that I had made of a weapons systems and it looked like a Stargate SG1 Energy Cannon and I could not remember seeing the cannon. http://forum.trek-rpg.net/showthread...n-other-series I finally searched out the episode and this is my version of the energy cannon that can be used as alien tech in a Star Trek adventure. I gave it a shield and really didn’t need to but it could be dropped at the need. There is enough power to fire twice with the shields up and without the shields the weapon could fire five times. Firing on multiple targets the weapons could even make the most powerful ships think twice about starting something up with the planets people.

is this the Lantean satellite weapons platform that we saw in Star Gate Atlantis?

Wave Man, the term "wave man" is the English translation of 'Ronin' (Japanese word) and literately translates to "wandering person" and in a modern context a WaveMan is one who is socially adrift or a SalaryMan who is between employers.

I would also note that both the Dominion/Cardassian Orbital Weapons Platform (as seen in the Chin'toka system)

    http://en.memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/First_Battle_of_Chin'toka
    http://en.memory-alpha.wikia.com/wik...eapon_platform

and the Federation Mars Defense Perimeter Platform are written up as per Space Dock in the Space Dock Dominion source book page 159 (which I can reproduce here if the need arises)
