Crews of Klingon Ships

I have a question about the crew complement of a Klingon ship.
The ship my PC's are part of the crew of carries a crew of 200. My question is how big a part of this crew are officers?
Obviously there is the Captain and the XO, and probably a Chief Engineer, Chief of Security, and a Chief Medical Officer, but how many more of the crew are actually officers? 1/8? 1/10? what seems reasonable? I have no clue as to what percentage of the crew will be actual officers.
