History-
A longer, leaner Battlecruiser developed to better match Starfleet Heavy Frigates and Battlecruisers one-on-one, continuing to engage Starfleet after the Khitomer Accords, and as the Romulan Star Navy escalated their attacks on the Federation Border and in the Triangle. One was destroyed in 2292 by the USS Columbia, one was destroyed by a group of Tomei and Andor Class Ships in 2307, and one was destroyed by the USS Roosevelt in 2311.
