History-
The Yuusha Project was planned to have a longer, more graceful, yet larger exploration vessel, having a SWAC or MRS in place of the then-new Captain's Yacht, and with heavily tested FWQ-3s like on the Nebula-Class, although the project was delayed three times, and while the first delay was assumed to be just a minor bump in the road that would help the Science and Engineering Team iron out various flaws and fine-tune the design, the other two delays being inexcusable, and mildly terrified the lead designers, who hurried the final three stages of production, at the last minute inserted a few pieces of 3X/4Xe tech from various "Anti-Borg" and "New Heavy Explorer" projects, and successfully completed the prototype, although attitudes toward regular production were very pessimistic, and no more were built, although the lone vessel did well at long-range exploration, and sometimes as a recon and secondary command ship in the Dominion War.
The U.S.S Yuusha was named after the Turkish/East Indian Woman who risked getting raped and killed to put up a drastic threat of lighting herself with gasoline, and with a trial and group of women, some of them victims, causing a riot, the terror who caused this nasty control-through-shame in the region was stoned to death.
