    Looking for a game

    Hi everyone,

    I'm looking for a forum based game that allows non federation characters. I have lots of experience with RPG's and I am currnetly looking for either a game that runs by using Deciphers rules set or possibly a free form game. Does anyone know if there is anything out there?
