Michael Falconer – Old School Star Trek Role-playing
“Do we walk in legends or on the green earth in the daylight?”
“A man may do both. For not we but those who come after will make the legends of our time. The green earth, say you? That is a mighty matter of legend, though you tread it under the light of day!” —J.R.R. Tolkien
The old FASA adventure, A Doomsday Like Any Other.
"For to win 100 victories in 100 battles is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill." Sun Tzu - The Art of War
Fasa adventure "Ghosts of Conscience", one of three from the rpg box set. Actually, all three were pretty good.
I'd have to agree with that one. Best Star Trek adventure ever, and one of the all-around best RPG adventures as well. In fact, I wrote and illustrated a LUG/ICON adaptation for the adventure, complete with more "alien" deckplans for the machine at http://www.coldnorth.com/owen/game/m...y/doomsday.htm
Outstanding adaptation and expansion!
