History: The Daniels-Class was a compact ship taking various aspects of it's appearence from the Akyazi, Excelsior, Steamrunner, Wambundu, Istanbul and Moscow Classes, intended to be a lighter, but still potent exploration heavy starship, using newer 3X systems undergoing extensive R&D at ASDB. It is routinely upgraded with improved 4X systems, and is built at Chandley Works and Chiokis Construction Corps at a combined rate of 4 per year.
