Klingon Mind Sifter

With the Adversary's Book 5 Appendices pending release in a couple weeks, I've given a fresh look at the Klingon Mind Sifter.

Reference Stardate April 1986, Mark Vaughn for the origiinal.

This new version is a little more nuanced and includes the ability to lie to the Machine at low levels. Foolies is CHA+LUC/2 round down to tell or realize you're being told a Foolie.
