I was wondering if you could convert the Yorktown-class Carriers from the Starfleet Ships Museum and the fighters that went along with it. I'm going to run a campain that takes place during the Romulan war and I need some help with converting/creating ships of that era.

Unfortunately, SPACEDOCK currently does not cover construction of ships of this era. Maybe if we ask the TrekRPG.net staff, they can give us some ideas...

Thanks, Captain Zymmer. That's why I like the EAS Fleetyards. Bernd has designed a lot of great ships there. I find that designing his ships is well worth the effort.
Federation/Klingon joint design? Why not? That's one reason I like this ship. I see it as the Federation's equivalent to a Klingon Bird-of-Prey.

LeoStriker, I just happened to notice that the SPACEDOCK rules includes equipment for lasers and chemical rockets. Maybe I can build the Yorktown after all. I'm going to take a shuttlepod to the Starfleet Museum and scope out the Romulan War Wing to get my design juices flowing...

Sorry about the lateness in responding to this thread, I lost where this thread went.
The ship you posted, the Ramses class, is a very good design-well rounded. Speaking from someone who reads tech-manuels, it's a good design and I've used it in my series recently.
As for the ship request I did, thanks. It'll be a great addition to my series also because of the tech levels that I'm working with/using.

As for the Yorktown...I just learned that Steve Long and Co. are releasing a TOS-era Spacedock supplement for designing ships from the DY-100 to the original Enterprise. So, when it comes out, each of us can grab a copy, head to the Starfleet Museum, and start building.
