Favorite LOTR lines (spoilers)

What was your fav. line (or lines) from LOTR?

Mine...

1. Pippin; "They have them in PINTS!?"

2. Gimli; "Nobody tosses a dwarf!"

3. Galadriel; the whole "I will be beautiful and terrible as the dawn... All will love me and despair!" speech.

The whole Bilbo-Frodo 'I'd sure like to touch it one last time' sequence. I did not see that one coming. WOW!

I'm not sure of her words, but the scene where Arwen gives her immortal soul to be with Aragon (Oh to be him right then!), but when she stands in the river, taunting the Ring Wraiths, was cool.

1) I don't know why exactly, but I found the matter-of-fact way Boromir said "They have a Cave Troll" in Moria rather amusing.

2)Let them come! For there is still a Dwarf who draws breath in Moria."

3) " I would have followed you my brother, my Captain, my King."

THe Hobbits talking about Aragon not letting them eat 2nd breakfast.

Gimli's classic, I have the eyes of a hawk, the ears of a fox and that he couldn't be surprised only to run into the arrows of Galardriel's guards.

"Nobody tosses the Dwarf" is a classic on its own.

"They have a cave troll." its the way Boromir says it that made it humourous.

Gandalf's defiance of the Balrog...

Boromir's death speech which I found cheesy but inspirational.

BTW, when I was watching the goblins/orcs swarm out of every hole, nook and cranny in Moria, a scene from Dork Tower flashed through my mind "3,012 orcs, we attack huzzah!"
