Why not combine the two. Deth O'Kay has hired a group of Ferengi to front for his operation...you know they distract the border guards/customs patrols etc while O'Kay and his Orions do the real dirty deeds.

Nah, Deth O'Kay's too smart to want a Ferengi as his right hand man. I mean loyalty's important to O'Kay (if your version is anything like the SFB incarnation) and a Ferengi is not exactly the most trustworthy person in the galaxy is he. IMHO O'Kay would be kicked out of the Orion Cartel for even contemplating trusting a Ferengi as his right hand being.

Now that there seems to be a lull in all the posting I think I should ask, why kill off a character who I presume is your alter ego?

maybe the salvage was a bad idea, already things are going to be complicated.

Perhaps if I do do it, it would be best to keep O'Kay until later when I do an episode where he is the primary focus.

It is one of my favorite things.

Let me tell you a story.

Years ago in a Marvel game I was running, one of the nPCs was Gyro (my old PC) and everyone knew he was my pet.

One mission they are going up against Ultimus and in the first round of the fight Gyro got blasted to his compionent atoms. The players old me years later that they knew they were in for some trouble when I wasted my pet just like that.

He has more lives than Dr Doom but if you do it too often, the PCs will not buy another death and will find a return boring. So this time it may have to be final. Well I'm sure he'll be buried with full military honours including a 21-gun salute.

Hunt, considering all the great pics you have done for me, I would be honored if you stole this idea.

To be honest without Ghosty and C5 on this one, it would have been a fairly silly affair. I have no idea what lameness if I would have cooked up int he end, but this is a sweet little idea now
