    Here's an idea folks.

Good humoured ribbing is good, and as far as I am concerned all the ribbing I have seen here has been exactly that. We are all friends here. So what I propose is that if you make a joke when you post on a thread like this, follow it up with the type of info the writers are looking for. That way everyone has fun, and no toes get trodden on.

    ROTFLMAO

Love those names. And "Oh my god, they killed number one", was inspired.

I can't wait to see more of this wacky stuff.

Styro-Dude, Robert? Seems perfectly reasonable to me, but one teensy little request? Whether it's meant as parody, for feedback, or whatever - say so at the beginning of the thread! I scrolled down half a page before I found Styro's explanation... I was a little confused to be honest (although noticing Robert's name at the beginning should have been a warning )...

Great stuff, and keep up the good work - just warn us next time!

    Hehe

I make a proper comment later when I've fully read it all.

    But quite funny

Why 'warn' people? It's just what the thread title says it is - a wierd story from me (AKA Hairy Spotted, AKA StyroPyro's Padawan Learner, AKA W31rd D00d3.....), based on a 'character brainstorm' I had with Styro. This isn't the pilot, however. Keep looking for 'Fish & Blood'.

I'm not sure what the fuss is about...

It's got a smiley face. It's got Robb's name attached. Anyone who wasn't expecting something like this isn't very observant, IMO.

A better intro, explaining what, and why would have been nice, for those who didn't get it.

    It's pretty neat. Thanks guys!

    I agree!

Feedback: Well, I don’t care for it, which is why I don’t tend to read these threads at all. That means I’m not your target audience, therefore you probably couldn’t care less about my feedback. I didn’t find it amusing.

Guess I’m just one of those “serious” guys that Styro alluded to. Strange how I can be “serious” and still have “fun” with Star Trek. Comical Star Trek or talk about space fish doesn’t do anything for me. Weeee, how clever.

Be that as it may, some people around here need to lighten up. I don’t see anything wrong with Robert’s creative posting.

    Now Yetis in space…that’s funny!

I had no problems with this (well, apart from not ROFLMAO at work...) - I got the parody angle about mid-way through the first sentence.

The Farce is strong in you, young Raets - Styro has taught you well...
