Okay since this is becoming a bit of a political situation I will explain myself in the hopes that Styro and Robb realise I was not taking a shot at them.

Recently Styro made a post about beinf tired of people questioning hjis sanity or giving him negative feedback when he posts something...

    http://216.40.212.6/forum/showthread...&threadid=3170

You can go look for your self.

I apologized, feeling that perhaps I had been a bit mean to Styro over the passing months and felt that I should apologize for it. He accepted and I thought we were all good. You know, buddies once again.

This thread comes along, I read it and have a chuckle. I find it kinda funny, not my cup of tea but not driving me over the edge screaming or anything...so I post the follwing...

And Stryo doesn't want us to question his sanity anymore?

Well that was very very odd...I feel...I dunno...funky...
Now I would like to point out that someone felt the need to delete that original post BTW, but water under the bridge.

I owuld also point out that Bill Murray's "I feel so funky" line from Ghostbusters is one of the funniest moments on film to me. So I paraphrased. Thinking it captured my feelings on the whole event. It was weird, it was odd, but I wasn't hurt, in fact I felt kinda funky.

Now from my point of view, Styro had done the equivalent of saying "I'm tired of people saying I wear blue all the time" and then came in wearing blue. So thinking we were still all buddies I jokingly said what I said, it was meant as a "ha ha".

So once again a miscommunication has caused problems. I apologize for the mistake and take my responsibility for my part in this and ask that others do the same.

For the love of Spock, there can be peace in our time

    Thank you.
    Captain Zymmer

    Lightbulb

(Thread split out by Admin to try to keep the original thread on topic--sort of.)

I'll only add that you're presuming my post was directed at you, Zymmer.

Once again, people need to lighten up around here.

Not at all sir, not one bit did I think it was directed at me.

Other events of late made me post that. Your post just made me think to do it

Yeah, I surely hope so... I'm feeling like between two sharp swords, and I want none of them to cut me.

In fact, the whole Styro-Zymmer situation leaves me speechless. I don't know what to do, or what to wait. I just hope this ends in peace.

I got tired of posting stuff and having ONLY wise-cracks for replies. THAT is what I got mad about.

    Peace!

The trouble is, and I say this with complete seriousness, is that your posts just seem to beg for a smart@ss answer. I don't know if it's habit, or some subliminal hamster sign language hidden between the lines, or what...

For example, I meant this to be completely serious... yet the hamster comment snuck in.
