    But lotrrpg.net doesn't have anything there so it says "unable to find server" when I enter it.

    Administrative hold in this case sounds like its basic beauracy. The paperwork goes in, take a LONG time to process before coming out with any results. What Don's saying is that we shouldn't whine to him about it; when things get going and back on track, they will... but don't count on it being anytime soon.

    We could start a whine and cheeze thread... where somebody posts the stats for their 2000km long space battleship "USS Bubbles" and everybody else complains it's overpowered.
