OK folks, I just finished up a page listing some of the various goodies from the various ASDB threads in this forum.
And now presenting...the ASDB Spacedock page!!!
More stuff will be added when time permits. Any comments, critiques or new stuff will be appreciated.

Thanks, Styro. After all, your contributions helped make this page possible. A couple of notes:

Styro, I tweaked your STARSAFE systems into a package deal and reduced the SUs to fit smaller ships. I also enhanced the effects a bit.
I didn't include all the weapons mentioned because I wanted to give their creators a chance to send in their own Spacedock write-ups for the stuff.
Right now, I am prowling the net for additional submissions for this list. Any submissions will be appreciated.
P.S. If anyone wants to host this list on their own webpage, let me know. (Hailing the USS Venture...).

Looks good to me.

Thankful for SDock specs.

Been trying to do sdock stuff for the Eximius, and I've gotten up to the SU's figured out(2,750) but the output and such are still eluding me.

Hey NobAkimoto, can you tell me about this ship you're creating? I'm very curious about this ship.
I'm considering doing an upgraded version of the Meteor-class ship I built previously as a showcase for a few of these technologies. Basically, it will be a post Dominion war upgrade for increased tactical punch.

Looks good, indeed.

Nice to have some kind of stats and game rules for my ICARUS idea, too...although I had envisioned it as a little more than just a "botch-eater" -- I'll get around to fully developing my concept of ICARUS eventually. For now, what's there is excellent.

Well it's more accurately 2 ships.

The Eximius class battlecruiser(Think of it as a cheaper, less idiotic(MVAM has never jived with me. Why not simply build 3 completely seperate ships? The docking feature is worthless since you'd have to duplicate everything on each segment anyway.), and cooler looking(IMO) version of the Prometheus)

It's basically a cheaper, slightly less exploratory capable, smaller Sovereign I guess.

The basic right-up, was compared to the Sovereign, 100% of the firepower, 85% of the mass, and 65% of the scientific capabilities.

Weaponry was as follows:
10 Type XII Arrays
4 Type XII Pulses
1 Turret Torpedo Launchers(similar to FC E-E, the structure is the same.)
3 Forward Quantum Launchers(12 torpedo spread)
2 Rear Launchers(8 Torpedo Spread)

The torpedo count might seem excessive at first glace compared to the S-dock specs for the Sovvy, but I based them on Eaves' idea of the Sovereign having 8 tubes.(4 photon, 4 quantum)

Next is the StarQuest sub-class, which is essentially the same ship class, but systems somewhat rearranged for exploratory service.

Comparasion to the Sovereign would be, 70% firepower, 85% mass, and 110% science.

Armament is:
6 Type XII's
Plus standard Eximius weaponry.

Most of the sacrifices come at a lower shield threshold(approximately 10% less).

Both classes carry a rather substaintial number of auxillary craft(about 20 fighters for the Eximius, 10 escort fighters, plus shuttles for the StarQuest)

Lessee, a pic of the ship in action can be found at

Thanks. For the stats I used a similar system called A.L.I.C.E. that was mentioned in an earlier thread on this forum (thats where the other credit came from on the page). I am interested in your concept and when I see it, I will upgrade my stats accordingly.
Nob, that ship looks nice. I definitely want to see the write-up for it.
You might be interested to know that the Meteor class uses a system called DVAM (Dual-Vector Assault Mode), which is basically saucer separation where the saucer has its own warp engines and warp core.
