Ages ago the author of the sample sector in the TNG Player's Guide posted a URL for more info regarding that sector, the starbase, a paper discussing the project, etc. Does anybody have the URL handy and know if it is still up?

Yes, in fact I did work for FASA, from December 1992 through June 1998, as the Earthdawn Product Line Developer.

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed your Starbase 315 and BeTau Sector material in the TNG Player's Guide. Thanks for sharing your development and design process in the article at the Oracle too. The Oracle was always my favorite part of RPGNet. I hope it returns again.
