Cool Trek Update from Radio Free Decipher

This week's radio message (towards end of the 14 minute airing) revealed that both Star Trek books (Player's Handbook and Narrator's Guide) have gone to the printers. Each are about 250 pages (in color). All Star Trek properties except Enterprise will be included.
Furthermore, it was stated that a release schedule to/through 2003 of Star Trek RPG products will be posted at the Decipher website within the next 2-3 weeks.

    Both went to the printers!?

    OooRah!

    That IS good news!

(Except, that is, for my plastic, which is screaming from an upcoming plane trip...)

But not true, to my knowledge. I'll seek confirmation.

[EDIT]I listened to the aforementioned section and it says "most" of the books are at the printer, not specifically the Narrator's Guide. It's a bit confusing. Like I said I'll seek confirmation but I would say with 90%+ certainty that the NG is not at the printers and is still being laid out.

Just passing on what was heard from the broadcast, no disinformation intended.

    Post This just in...

Okay, confirmed it. The Narrator’s Guide is not at the printers. The persons on the Radio Free Decipher interview were misinformed or misunderstood. The manuscript is still being developed.

    Carry on!

Nah, it's still good information aside from that one little error.

Still good news about the PG. Guess Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers are right... waiting IS the hardest part.

    My plastic thanks you.

I imagine I'll have the Player's Guide about coming apart from rereading and character creaction by the time the NG show's up :-)

I'm glad to see that the PG book will be out soon. I was starting to think Deciphe would not get it out until summer.
