Sorry, not going to happen.

Until the books are out and people are able to examine the rules in their entirety, I don't see the point in providing a glimpse at vessels so people can take uninformed pot-shots. I just don't have the time to defend six-plus months of work or the creative process that went behind the figures at hand. I will answer specific questions if you'd care to start a new thread, however.
