Retro-conversion back to basic LUG Combat Rules?

Quick question, and forgive me if this has been asked and answered before:

Are there rules available (either within Spacedock itself or floating in cyberspace) for retrofitting Spacedock ships back to LUG RPG combat stats? Any guidelines for winging it if there are none?

Not a Spacedock expert, but there's conversion rules in there to go back to LUG (I think...)
"War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

You'll find some fairly detailed rules/guidelines for converting Spacedock to LUG basic starting on page 175 of Spacedock. A few things, like Power, require a bit of guesstimation, but most of the conversion process is pretty straightforward.

Be aware that due to differences in interpretation of certain craft, the conversion process isn't identical. That is, a Galaxy-class starship converted to LUG from SPACEDOCK will have stats similar, but not identical, to the LUG version of a Galaxy- class starship. So for continuity in your campaign you will probably have to give one version or the other priorty and adjust things to suit.
