    Will I need the NG?

With Decipher's recent release news, I'm looking forward to picking up the Player's Guide to convert an upcoming TOS 'campaign' to the CODA system.
But now I'm curious whether the Narrator's Guide will be of any use to me. I've got my trusty LUGTOS hardbound at my side, stuffed full of the history and any referee advice I need to convey that Trek era. (And I also have the LUGTOS Narrator's Toolkit if I need any further help in that department).
What might the NG contain that would persuade me to snag it? I'm not asking for a detailed breakdown of that core book, just whether it'll include any material that I couldn't otherwise get out of my LUG products.
    Thanks.

Starship creation and starship combat rules come to mind. The alien, creature, planet, etc. rules may also ice the cake a bit.

Well, the ST "history" in CODA are actually in the Player's Guide.

Erik pretty much said it, but here goes my try.

Planetary creation. Cultural development. Care and feeding of alien creatures. Alien species and the creation of new ones (we're talking game creation, not procreation, folks. ). Andorians, Romulans, and Orions. Starship stats. Starship Construction. Sample characters from each of the four series covered. And lots of other nifty crunchy bits.

Mmmm....crunchy bits. Can we start obsessing about the NG yet? Can we, Doug, can we?

If you feel the need, Davy, who am I to stand in your way.

If you figure the PG is scheduled to coem out on the 24th and the NG should be abuot 30 days later, now might not be too early to start obesessing...

With luck, I'll have both books on my flight to The Netherlands at the end of May. It'll surely be more fun than the movie.
