• FAST REACTIONS: Ktarians restlessness and anxiousness grants them a +2 bonus to Quickness reaction tests.
• EASILY DISTRACTED: Ktarians have a short attention span, and suffer from this flaw (see page 140).
• RECKLESS: Ktarians short attention span and desire to act, results in their having this flaw. See page 143.
• WEAK-WILLED: Ktarians are easily influenced, being captivated by a Charismatic leader. They also indulge themselves in luxury products. Ktarrians have the Weak Will flaw (see page 143).
