I could use such a woman to at least once free the PC's if they get captured, obviously not intentionally, she'd pay less attention to the "restraints".
Alright then I'll add such a character. Now I need to think up of a character to fit the role.
What I would do is introduce her to the PCs on the Orion's party. That way they can get to know her, maybe even fall for her charms and then later on discover that she is a bad girl.

maybe they discover in the computer files that she was the one who administered Scorpio's drug to the Orion who is holding the party, but in all the "cake confusion" (tm) she gets away.

    Just had another brainstorm:
The bad girl works for the Syndicate. As the Syndicate financed Sorpio's experiements they obviously wanted to try out his drug. They choose this special Orion not because he was rich or had a lot of contacts, but actualy because we was a minor member of the Syndicate who got a little unrelieable. Using him as a guniea pig was a good way for the Syndicate to keep him in line.

But now that he has been freed of the drug's influence the situation changes. If the PCs can find out that this Orion works for the evil guys in time there next mission would be one of the old "protect the witness" plots.

If they can save this guy they will get some information from him that will prove usefull when they infiltrate the Syndicate.
Which leads us back to the bad girl. Why not have here show up again, once the PCs have infiltrated the Syndicate. If she recognises the PCs (and she should!) things could get real tense. Of course she has no intention to betray the PCs, but they wont know this - yet.

    LOL

I'll save that one when I have finished this set of episodes.

    For Lancer:

Oh I really like the Syndicate edge on the story, that's definetily in.
I've prepared the evil women character:

Miss Kitty, Orion Female: She is Scorpio's personal aid placed their by the Syndicate. Her job is to ensure that the El-Aurian scientists discoveries make it into proper hands. She also oversee's contact between Scorpio and Parim. She has a soft heart for really dumb pets, the main reason why she'll take pity on the PC's.

Episode 2 should therefore include the Orion female presented as the NPC Orion's wife. She also appears later as the pilot of the hovercopter.

    And here is number three:

    Name: The Heist

The crew is informed late at night of a break-in at Rigel HQ. When they arrive to investigate they quickly discover that files pertaining to a Federation Council investigation team route have been stolen. Their mission is to retrieve the files without getting the attention of the investigation team.

Scene 1: Searching the scene for clues.
-The PC's will find that the culprit was scanned in by the HQ security checkpoint. His name is also quickly found.
-The name is a fake, but local officials quickly find the pseudonym used in a transporter manifest.
-These obstacles will require alot of persuasion and investigation, alot of barter involved. Info for equal value info the Orion's assume.

Scene 2: The transport was docked at a private Starbase in orbit. A rich individual owns it.
-The PC's are informed that the owner is not sympathetic to the Federation and refuses to allow them aboard.
    -There are two methods to get aboard;
A-Forcefully enter. Either using a small ship and beam aboard stealthily. OR
B-Enter Bond style. The rich owner receives every week a groups of servants (transporter manifest reveals this), they can "take" their place. This one will work better.

Scene 3: Aboard the Starbase and in trouble.
-The PC's are quickly told what to do. They do not recognize the Orion owner and neither does he recognize them.
-They can use the time to search his rooms, they quickly discover a secret compartment in his office located behind a painting.
-Once open it reveals the plans as well as assasination plots on Federation council officials!

    Scene 4: Trouble arrives...
-The Orion will step into the office with some thugs, he will be surprised at what they are doing. If they say that they are FIS officers then his thugs will attack while he flees.
-A quick Bond fight scene, expensive vases broken over heads, expensive wine bottles borken over heads...etc...
-The PC's quickly run after him, too late though, he'll have already entered an escape pod. He'll scream at them:"You've ruined me! Damn you, to hell with you and Parim."
At that exact moment the PC's will realize that the release clamps refuse to release and that his ejection will rip a gaping hole in the base. They quickly escape to pods.

    Scene 5: End scene...
-The PC's are ejected as the starbase explodes and crash outside of the city.
-As they exit, they see the starbase disintegrating in the purplish skyline.-Cue one liner:"Explosive finish don't you think?"

    Voila numero trois.

    And now we have

Miss Kitty, Orion Female ... She also oversee's contact between Scorpio and Parim.
    Kitty? Petting a cat?

Let's see if your players remember Parim's remark from episode 1 when they learn the girls name.

    ROFL

I never realized how well that fit in. Parim's cat will now also be called Kitty. I'm going to love confusing them....

LOL. I never realized how well that turned out.

    Here's number 4.

    Episode Name: The Sting

The PC are yet again invited to another formal gala. This time its the Cardassian Consulate which is holding the reception. Federation intelligence know that they use it for gathering information seeing as the entire staff is composed of known Obsidian order operatives. Everything goes to hell when Parim crashes through the glass dome, kidnaps the Ambassador's daughter and attempts to escape in hovercars.

Scene 1: Cardassians and the Gala.
    - Most of the major powers have accepted the invitation. No ops is authorized against the Cardassians, only dissimination of false information.
    - The PC's have some time to mingle, when they run out of ideas...Parim will crash through the roof.

Scene 2: Parim, A Kat and the Scorpion.
    - Parim will crash through the roof and unto a table with 20 or so thugs.
    - Miss Kitty will block of the exits, and with the help of some of the servants they begin to frisk the guests for valuables+cred cards.
    - Scorpio will also be there and will take Jenny McNabb with Parim.
    - They leave after their done and get into a series of comandeered hovercars.

    Scene 3: The chase.
-The PC's quickly get into a hovercar.
-They chase Parim and co. through the streets of the Rigellian capital shooting at each other with phaser pistols.
-After taking out several hovercars, including passing by a food stand, through a mall, a schoolyard, a tourist area; they end up in an old dilitium refinery on the edge of town.

    Scene 4: Rescue of McNabb.
-The PC's sneak inside and after a few stealth tests they find the ambassador's daughter tied up over a vat full of plasma.
-Parim is on the other side at the controls. He warns the crew that shooting him will cause her to plunge into the vat.
-They have to make a choice, either save the daughter or go after Parim. Not both.
-If they all work together they can get to her and untie her, Parim will use this time to escape.

    Scene 5: To the roof.
-Any PC's which gets to the roof see's PArim getting away in a shuttlecraft.
-A letter is left on the outside door with Parim's logo on it. Reads:
"One enters the nest, and I win again."

(What's happened is that Parim has used this time to use Scorpio's elixir on Jenny making her loyal to him. The raid was meant to convert her to his side and story wise, to familiarize the crew with foreign dignitaries and the city overall.)

    Number Four is done, then.
