I'm still intrigued at the Canadian/US dollar comparisons. Is the cost of living significantly different?
Basically, in terms of daily wage, is the book costing more than in the US?
I mean the UK pound is about US $1.45, but since a small bottle of Coke is about 60p here and about a dollar there, it kind of levels out!
