The Klingon Empire goes to War

It, is the will of the Emperor in advisement with his Chancellor, and High Council to declare that a state of war now exist between the Glorious Klingon Empire and the Dominion. We make this declaration in light of the facts that the Dominion has cared to constantly inter fear with the Empires rights in the Gamma quadrant in regards to commercial, diplomatic and exploratory endeavors. That, it has on more than several occasions boarded vessels of the Empire and then without justification confiscated both property and subjects of the Empire. That, it has fired upon warships of the Empire several times while those vessels where on peaceful patrol and with out giving warning. That, it has wantonly and without prior cause invaded the sovereign territory of the United Federation of Planets, an Ally of the Empire, and thereby engaged actively forces of the Empire which having been sent to defend from such attack are now engaged at this moment.

It is the Emperors wish that the conclusion of this mighty and worthy conflict of our warriors be linked with the conclusion of the current conflict, which know rages, renewed in strength, between the Klingon Empire and the Cardassian Union. Further, the Emperor wishes it be known that no separate peace or effort toward that end be sign or undertaken with either the Dominion or The Cardassian Union without the active inclusion of a representative of The United Federation of Planets.

The Emperor, confident that his people, born of war, tempered in its fires and forged in the faith which has always sustained us a people in the spirit of our great benefactor, Kahless the Unforgettable, will ultimately, and without doubt, triumph in this great crusade. Further the Emperor recognizes that this conflict is not only a crusade to save the Klingon Empire but that of the combine races, cultures and civilizations of the Alpha and Beta Quadrant from the yoke of Dominion oppression.

We swear this oath to fight as a people until no longer having the ability to fight on which only means the complete and utter death of our race and civilization. By Kahless we swear this to be true.

Probably quite similiar to what they said. Assuming they actually do declare war by the letter of 'the rules' and not simply invade.

Also nice touch with the UFP ally stuff.
