Mood Music

Does anybody know a good location to download suitable mood music MP3 files (preferrably stuff that is not copyrighted and has a sci-fi or trek feel to it)? I've decided to try to add some "atmosphere" to my games, and have a rather restrictive budget.

I don't know about downloading the MP3s you're after...but if you download a copy of MusicMatch (I don't have the URL, but I'm pretty certain you can get it through www.downloads.com - or find it via your search engine), then you'll have a great tool for ripping your own MP3s from CDs you already have...

I don't know if this helps, but I've been able to get a CD of Old Trek sound effects and a CD of Old Trek theme music for less than $5.00 each on eBay...
