Romulan PBeM/Simm

I have been informed that I should make sure that I call this a PBeM, I do not want anyone posting for another character.

As to a Campaign; I was looking at creating a Station as a main training and info/background place. I want to expand on the races with more than just Romulans...(Any ideas)

I would also like at least a Wing in the future, of course only one ship for now, but I may allow characters to make NPC ships and post as the whole vessal.

Maybe even creat a Tal Shiar group to do some infultrating of other PBeM's in the Group-see below.

The setting will use the Way of Dera as a sourcebook and expand only slightly, I do not like Munchkin or Mega Players, we will not conquer the universe It will be free form so no rolling of dice or such the GM will set a story up and the characters will move along it.

There is a major Star Trek Group that wants me to restart thier Romulan Division and has given me the go ahead to do what is needed, with intelligance.

As to the other Romulan Ships out there, EXCELLENT, the more we can Expand the Empire the better.
