I believe I do. It wasn't that I didn't like the Trill character I wasn't sure it "fit" in with the "timeline."

Letn me know what rules you decided to use.
You don't have to like it, you just have to do it .

    Interested

If you go with Coda and some kind of Yahoo club type thing, I'd be interested.
At times like these I am reminded of the immortal words of Socrates, who said "... I drank what?"

I am not sure what I am interested in as I have not yet picked up the NG to see what races are there.

Is there a limit on starting rank and/or advancements?

Which system are you currently favoring?

    Regards,
    CKV.

I am still going over the Dec Trek rules, currently the my favourite for the game, so I am not sure about the advancements, yet. Rank wise between Ensign and Lt. The characters will be assistant Dept. Heads.

I have tenatively changed the game starting date to 2285, just after the whole Genesis thing. So, we will be starting in the movie era instead of TOS.

How soon after STII and III as they both occurred in 2285?

Just after the events of STIII. Spock is alive and Kirk is once again a Captain.

Oh, I'd noticed it, but never made the connection until you posted that Sargasso would be based after "Search for Spock".

Okay just found the thread Phantom.

I'm still keen and still interested in Science Officer if the spot is still there.

Your Cerebrus site has been updated in a while though

Yeah, I'm not sure if I will be using the forum base or a PBEM (Yahoo) style game. So, I have been developing things privately until I decide.

FYI... I don't usually have the problems that everyone speaks of regarding Yahoo and not getting messages. 'cept that time Yahoo almost went belly-up. Everyone was affected then.

As long as I can read past messages from a web site, I'm cool.

For the two groups that I have used for my PBEMs they both have their idiosyncracies. YahooGroups has been far more reliable for me then Topica between the two.

As far as J. Dax and her spots - even if their was another Trill on the Enterprise she would attract less attention if she looked human, may even especially if there was another Trill.

Not that I can see her not not attracting attention anyhow!
