SPECIES ADJUSTMENTS: +2 Presence, -1 Strength, -1 Vitality. Risans are extremely charismatic and attractive, but their tendency towards hedonism has caused them to skimp somewhat in the fitness/strength category.

FAVORED PROFESSION: Rogue. The planet is home to a nearly unlimited number of con men, thieves, and conspiracies.

SPECIES ABILITIES:

BONUS SKILL: INFLUENCE (SEDUCTION) All Risans receive the bonus skill Influence (Seduction) +1 during character creation. Risans are raised to be both physically and emotionally appealing.

TALENTS: Risans naturally work to please and satisfy guests on their home planet. All Risans have Entertain and its various sub-skills as professional skills, even if it is not on their professional skill list.

BONUS EDGE: LIKEABLE: Others are often drawn to the people of Risa. Risans gain the bonus edge Likeable during character creation.

Here I would disagree... Based on the Risians seen in Captains Holiday and Let He Who is Without Sin, the favoured Risian profession would be as Entertainer/host...

The planet does attract these rogues, but they have all tended to be from other species, such as Ferengi, Humans, Time Travelling aliens from the future... That sort of thing...
