The time: 2161. The Federation has just been founded. Part of its formation merges the various fleets of its member worlds into a single, unified Starfleet. The group will be run on Yahoo Groups. I haven't actually formed the group yet; i am waiting for enough people to volunteer for the game. I will post a link to the site on yahoo groups for it here once we actually start.
RULES FOR CHARACTERS:
We use the Coda System.
Allowed Character Types/Species:
Species available are Human, Vulcan, Centauran, Denobulan, Andorian, and Tellarite. Mixed-species characters are highly unlikely, as only the Vulcans have had contact with Earth long enough to have a character old enough to be in Starfleet.
If you want to play a species not yet in the PG or NG, contact me about developing the stats, or better yet, develop fair, balanced game stats and save me the bother of doing it.
Allowed professions would be Starfleet officers and diplomatic attaches from various governments. As this is the first Federation starship in the true sense of the word, its members have a keen interest in seeing that it goes well. I am planning to have a Vulcan attache ala T'Pol on board... please somebody volunteer for this character type so I don't have to make it an NPC!
Background/Personality: Please submit no less than three paragraphs about your character's background and personality as well. If there is anything in your character's background you don't want other players to know, let me know privately via normal e-mail, not on the Yahoo Groups.
