First thoughts - what size is it exactly? You say 6, but many of the other figures (shuttle bay, physical dimensions, transporters) imply 3, 4 or 5! Personally, 6 seems a little high for a frigate (and is outside the allowed range for all but the heavy variant).
It's obviously an early vessel, which I like, but you might want to look at upgrading the sensor suite and possibly the warp drive!
One thing I notice looking back at the Starfleet Museum (that and the EAS yards are my favourite sites
), is that the San Francisco is actually a 22nd century ship from the Romulan War. Were you just taking the picture and coming up with your own stats and info? No problem if you are, I'm just curious!
