One of the traits possible for a starship is an enhanced system, one option of which is an enhanced warp drive. The table lists the amount each pick increases the warp speed and the maximum speed that the enhancement can grant (9.95 I believe, but I can't exactly recall). My question is which of the three warp speeds does this effect; cruise, sustainable, or maximum, or a combination of these.

I would assume all speed ratings.

Unlike Qerlin, I'd say each enhancement only affects one of the speed ratings: cruise, sustained, or max. If you want to raise all three, take three enhancements. Souping up a warp drive, IMHO, ought to be complicated and expensive.

If you are raising maximum warp though, you couldn't enhance a number of the engines as some already have max speeds in excess of what the the enhancement tops out at (some are alreay at a max of over 9.95), at least if I remember correctly.
That said, however, I would agree with Sarge that each would be enhanced individually, or possibly cruise/sustained increasing together and max increasing spearately.
