Ok, Here's my crack at a Station.
I used basic info from the Strider Incident Adventure suppliment (Regula 1 Deckplans)
I think it has the feel of the station (This is the station circa the Movies)

Description/History: The R1 - class research station is one of the most typical of the Federation’s space borne stations in the late 23rd century. Several variations on the design exist, but the basic design is similar.
In the 24th century, several of the similar designs exist, proving the overall design, however they tend to be rebuilt from the frame up and enlarged as well in order to accommodate the newer technologies as well as the ‘family’ philosophy.

"War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
John Stuart Mill
