Post Crew Manifest for Intrepid Class

Has anyone put together a breakdown of crew positions on board an Intrepid Class starship?
We know that the ship class has a crew of around 150, and using the rules from Spacedock I can come up with a rough breakdown of personnel between departments, but i'd like to break it down into more detail for an upcoming episode, but I think time might be against me.

    Thanks

    Any ideas

    Cool

As a matter of fact, I have. I am running a series set aboard the Intrepid-class USS Blackthorne. The breakdown I did doesn't match exactly with what is suggested by SD, but I have the excuse that i came up with it before SD came out...

Rather than recreate the list here, you can find it on my web site, linked below.

    Blackthorne Home
    Blackthorne Roster

    Hope this helps.

I noticed that one of the crew on the Blackthorn is Axanari, I know that race was mentioned briefly in both the original TV series and the Andorian sourcebook. Where can I find the stats and "full" back ground of the Axanari? Don't have access to ST:TOS core book.

Thanks to any who can help.

I have an Excel worksheet that's broken up into names, ranks, position titles etc for all 150 (not all are named).

It is also set up using my own version of how branches are split up - that is, I don't believe "engineering" and "operations" are two separate branches. Rather, I use the idea that "Operations" is a branch, and that Engineering and Security are sub-branches within it. Just to confuse things, of course, within the Engineering sub-branch there is also an Ops specialty. Therefore, both (say) Data and Geordi are in Operations/Engineering, but Data is an Ops specialist, while Geordi is a Warp Field Specialist (and Chief Engineer, of course). So all Ops personnel on my ships come under the Engineering auspice, which in turn is part of the Operations branch (ie. yellowjackets).

    Confused yet?

You're more than welcome to it - you'd obviously want to change a lot of the names, since some of them are PCs and others are from various canned adventures - but let me know if you'd like 'em.

There's a few other little "goodies" in it - like numbers of staff in each area and a few calculations on male/female ratios (since my group was curious about it); the ranks are actually inserted graphics of rank insignia I got from the (I think) Bravo RPG site. I use them for my own stuff, but if anyone thinks I should, I can remove them and replace them with named ranks for a "publicised" version of my manifest.

Anyway, let me know if you want it...(it's in Excel 2000 format, btw).

Went back and had a better play with it Aldaron.

Its more then Brill. its stupendous.

Especially the breakdown of crew numbers and sex. And of course the room to name each individual crewman if you wanted to.

    Again superb!

My PC's will eat this up!

Well, Scott, the TOS Core Book was the only place that published the stats for Axanari and a short blurb about thier culture and history.

That's how mine got started, Aldaron. But when i moved the crew from a Defiant-class to the Blackthorne, I left most fo the crew spaces blank (or TBA) as far as names and races.

It is also set up using my own version of how branches are split up - that is, I don't believe "engineering" and "operations" are two separate branches. Rather, I use the idea that "Operations" is a branch, and that Engineering and Security are sub-branches within it.
Same here. The Branches and Subdepartments aboard the Blackthorne are as follows:

    Command Branch
    - Command Department
    - Flight Control Department
    Operations Branch
    - Engineering Department
    - Operations Department
    - Security/Tactical Department
    Science Branch
    - Medical Department
    - - Counseling Subdepartment
    - Sciences Department
    - - Subdepartments by specialty.

Oops, Sorry Doug. Yours was very well done to on the Blackthorne!
Along similiar lines as Aldarons in layout/structure, especially the rank pics.

    Thanks!!!

Tell you what...I've had about 20 requests over the last 2 days for the Intrepid manifest; what I'll do is zip it up with the original crew generating Excel sheet and submit it to be put on the Computer Core - that'll save me e-mailing a 400kb file out 10 times a day!

I will (or Don will...or someone will) let you know when it's "up".

    Sound okay?
