I don't know if my good friend David Henderson, who runs the Books database, has updated it yet, but the story occurs, not between "Tears of the Prophets" and "Image in the Sand" as we originally thought, but occurs between "Afterimage" and "Take Me Out to the Holosuite".
Of course, that last post is now incorrect. They later went back and made sure that the book does indeed occur in the three month gap between "Tears of the Prophets" and "Image in the Sand".
