A brave little theory, and actually quite coherent for a system of five or seven dimensions -- if only we lived in one.

One thought ever at the fore-
That in the Divine Ship, the World, breasting Time and Space,
All Peoples of the globe together sail,
sail the same voyage, are bound to the same destination.

"The will to do, the soul to dare."
    - Sir Walter Scott -

Now I just need to link it to a good ship name and I'm all set.

Although my new sig might be nice as well

How about the Resolute, the example ship used in most of the CODA rulebooks?

Trivia question: what 1990's cartoon series' heroes were based on a ship called the Resolute?

    Was it Exo Squad?
    <Jim Perry>Nicely solved.</JP>

The commandship of the ExoSquad's ExoFleet was indeed the ExoCruiser Resolute. The ship was waxed once and rebuilt as the Resolute II before the ExoFleet and their allies finally returned to Earth to defeat the NeoSapien threat.

For an explorer or survey ship:

"What world is this?" -William Shakespeare, Pericles Act 3, scene ii

They're Thaiza's haunting words of awe and wonder as she reopens her eyes following a miraculous resurrection...kinda fitting for a ship rededicated to exploration in the aftermath of the Dominion War.

"...it will be good to fight in the shade."

When King Xerxes' army was preparing to attack Spartan territory ,the Persians sent an emissary to the Spartan King.He told them "We will send so many arrows that they will cover the Sun"

A Spartan warrior replied"Then it will be good to fight in the shade".

    Damn ,the Spartans were cool.
